Guide
Create a professional PA profile and understand the connections available from your desk.

PA Desk is the professional home for personal assistants using ARC Library.
Start with your PA profile. Add the public professional information that helps an author understand your work, such as services, availability, languages, experience, and the contact or portfolio details you choose to share. Uploading a photo is the most dependable option; a public Google Drive sharing link also works when its file is visible to anyone with the link. If an older external photo becomes unavailable, ARC Library shows a clean profile placeholder instead of a broken image. After Save profile, those fields update on the screen immediately and remain in the editor after you return or reload.
Use the PA navigation to review your profile, author connections, and invitations. The lightbulb marks PA Home, while the quill marks Connect an Author in expanded navigation, compact rails, and the phone More menu. Your Reader desk remains separate, so personal reading work does not need to be mixed into your PA profile.
Delete a PA profile
Open Profiles, choose PA, then select Remove, or scroll to the deletion panel inside the PA profile editor. Review the confirmation, then choose Delete my PA profile. ARC Library cancels pending PA requests and invitations, ends author connections, and removes the PA profile and uploaded PA photo automatically. Your Reader books, reviews, and Library stay intact.
If you also have Author access, both desks can appear in the workspace switcher. Choose the desk that matches the work you are doing now.
