Open Help Desk from the ? beside Search, or from Settings on a phone. It brings Guides, learning tools, What’s New, reports, and contact options together.
Report an issue
Choose Report an issue to open the reporter without leaving the page you were using. Describe what you expected, what happened instead, and the steps that led there. Add a screenshot when it helps explain the problem. Technical diagnostics are optional and switched off when the form opens. If you choose to include them, the form explains that app, device, browser, recent console, and sanitized upload-error details will be sent; books, passwords, and authentication tokens are not attached. My reports lets you follow status changes and replies. My reports is history only, so start every new issue or feature request from its separate Help Desk action.
Request a feature
Choose Request a feature when ARC Library is working as designed but you would like it to do something new or differently. Issue reports and feature ideas keep separate histories so each can follow the right path.
Contact support
If you cannot sign in or the reporter itself is unavailable, email support@arc-library.com. Include the email address used for your account, but never send a password, payment number, or private authentication code.
Discord
Discord remains the ARC Library community space and a place for quick conversation. Use the issue reporter or support email for account-specific problems that need a reliable record.
