Guide
Keep connected author-team rooms and your own tracked team records in one destination.

My Teams brings two kinds of team work into one destination.
Connected teams
When you join an ARC Library author team, its connected room can appear here. Open it to use the information and activities shared through that team.
Tracked teams
You can also keep private records for teams you manage outside ARC Library. Depending on your plan, a tracked record can hold useful links, notes, related books, and promotion work.
On Overview, choose a team in the Tracked roster preview to open that team's detail directly. Closing the Team Desk returns you to Overview. Choose the separate Tracked view when you want to search, filter, or browse the whole private roster.
Open a tracked record to enter its Team Desk. Overview keeps your private tracking details, book preview, and saved resources together. It does not show official-team briefing content. When a Marketing folder has been saved, its button stays visible here so you can get to campaign graphics without searching through settings.
Use Books, Promo, and Notes to focus on one kind of work at a time. On a phone, these appear beside Overview in the same text-led section row used by book details, and the row stays pinned while you scroll. On author teams, New promo task remains the separate bottom action: it first asks what you are planning, then opens the task details. Publisher and PR-company records keep the focus on their books instead.
Open Team settings to edit the team record and its links. Role, website, email, social links, marketing folder, and your first private note remain attached to that tracked team and stay visible in its Team Desk after saving. Joined date uses the shared calendar control, and link fields explain invalid web addresses before you rely on them. Leave team is kept inside settings with a confirmation step; it is not the main Team Desk action. A team you previously left offers Rejoin team instead.
On a computer, Team Desk, Team settings, and the promo category picker each keep keyboard focus inside while open. Escape closes only the topmost desk or picker and returns focus to the control you used.
On a phone, switch between Overview, Official, and Tracked at the top. In Tracked, use the full-width Search field to find an author or team by name. Filters opens the team-type choices, and the All, Applied, Active, Inactive, and Left status choices stay directly underneath before the roster. These controls scroll with the page instead of covering the team rows.
Connected rooms and private tracked records are different. Leaving or changing one does not silently erase the other. When a team invitation uses a direct link, sign in with the account that should join before accepting it.
When a connected team shares a book, you can optionally share that book’s reading progress with the team author. The choice appears when accepting the team offer and beside the book in its connected room. It starts off, can be changed later, and shares only aggregate reading and review status. Your identity within those totals, notes, ratings, review text, drafts, exact progress, and unrelated Library books stay private.
Acknowledgement and message controls stay full-height on phones and tablets. The message action also has a spoken label for assistive technology.
