Review applications, make campaign decisions, and use opted-in progress information where available.

Open a request form and choose its applicants workspace to review the people who applied.
Use the application information the form collected to make a decision. On a phone, choosing a reader opens a focused detail page instead of stretching the card inside the applicant list. Use the pinned Application, Reach, History, and Notes chapters; the primary decision stays at the bottom and secondary actions remain under More.
Applicant filters, dossier chapters, decisions, and campaign tools keep touch-friendly targets. Upgrade prompts behave as named dialogs, close with Escape, and return keyboard focus to the action that opened them.
Choose Message reader to open the private conversation connected to that application. Direct applicant conversations are available to every verified Author workspace, including Author Free, so you can answer questions and keep one campaign moving without leaving ARC Library.
Keep campaign status and communication clear as readers move through the workflow. A reader remains responsible for their own private Library; your campaign view only uses information made available through the form and connected workflow.
Author Pro adds bulk applicant actions, private reviewer notes, reader insights, applicant-to-team tools, and team-wide communication. Reader insight summaries focus on the campaign path, such as application, acceptance, reading, and review activity, using information available from opted-in readers.
Reader insights are a campaign aid, not a reason to expose or demand a reader's private notes, drafts, or unrelated Library information.
