Guide

Organize book, author, team, and content work from idea through publication.

Creator Hub is the workspace for promotion and content tasks.

Create work for a book, author, team, or your own content plan. Choose the category that best matches the task, add the useful details, and move it through the content workflow as the work changes.

If one task belongs to more than one PR type, it appears in every assigned PR List lane so it does not disappear from any part of the plan.

PR cards work with a mouse, keyboard, or touch. Dialogs and sheets keep keyboard focus inside while open, and Escape closes only the top layer before returning you to where you started.

You can also start from a book's Quick PR Tasks. Open a linked task to edit its title, author, cover, posting date, company, platforms, description, hashtags, SEO keywords, materials link, notes, or workflow status. Text saves when you leave the field or press its save shortcut, while picker changes save as you make them. Press Escape to close a picker and return the field to its normal reading state.

Changes remain visible as you continue editing, so a later field does not replace an earlier one. You can unlink a task from its book and use Linked ARC to find and attach the correct book again.

Useful parts of the Hub

  • task categories and private categories
  • ideas, to-do work, active work, scheduled items, and posted items
  • platforms, links, hashtags, and search-friendly keywords when relevant
  • repeating tasks for work that returns on a schedule
  • connections to a book or team where supported

Creator Hub is for planning and tracking. Publishing to an outside social platform still happens on that platform; mark the task posted when you finish it.
