The was a page turner if I ever seen one. You have witches being hunted and monitored; Syn is a witch just trying to stay under the radar; but she gets dragged into a trial she never wanted to be apart of only to save her best friend; then bonded to the witch hunter thats sworn to 💀 her best friend. This is found family thrown together with a rag tag group forced into the hunt and 💀 her best friend. Who does she trust; can she trust anyone? she has one train of thought find her friend and save them from death. This has mystery, magic, who done it and the twistist of twist. I believe you should be compensated for the PTSD you may have after this but bookn2 is coming so there is that to look forward to..That cliffhanger is a doosy.
