How do I put into words how much anticipation I had as I was knocking out my ARC list to be able to read this one?
The amount of times I almost decided to just skip down was insane. I hate that I waited, but I'm also glad I did because I 100% loved this book.
I loved learning about the world with the FMC. The setup scenes for later plot points were noticeable, but didn't give too much information, just that something was happening behind the scenes.
Overall, definitely a great read, and can't wait to read the next one! I'm ready for Althea's and Baron's family story!
