This was a sweet, clean, quick read. Estrella is a Telenovela actress and single mom who is starting over in LA after two failed marriages. She is trying to become an actress in the states but she runs into a lot of roadblocks with her accent.
Leo is a “Football” (soccer) player from Spain, who decides he would like to become an author.
A chance encounter at the library, a favorite stuffed lion left behind, and a romance that seamlessly blossoms. Leo fits right in with Estrella and her two children, Luz and Pedro. He is the calm to her storm, he is the confidence to her self-doubt, and he is the strength to her weakness.
I loved how steady Leo was. He was never rattled, and he showed Estrella just how special she was. ❤️
