I received this book as an ARC. I found the concept really interesting. It was a different take on the world of vampires, witches, and men (and maybe werewolves too?) that I found compelling. The plot was always moving which kept it interesting. I did struggle to connect with the characters which made some of the romantic relationships feel a little clunky at first. Once the characters start to open up, the story really takes off. I'm excited to see what happens next in the story.
