First off let me just say I really love having a deaf FMC Rep, I'm not deaf myself but I do love seeing different disabilities and struggles that people live with everyday represented in books especially ones that don't get a lot of representation. This story was over all beautiful, the story and world building were phenomenal and the characters were well written. No there is no spice but the relationship between Bastion and Ulla is wonderful in all the ways that matter.... well except for the fact that each of them is keeping secrets from the other. Will they be able to overcome or will they be torn apart when they finally come clean!! I'm on the edge of my seat waiting to find out!!! I can't wait for book 2!!!!
