Fury Bound was everything I wanted in a sequel and somehow even better than Dire Bound.
This book was fast paced from the start and just kept building. The world felt bigger, the magic more layered, the politics more intense, and the history and characters were expanded in a way that made everything feel deeper and more connected.
Just when I thought I knew where things were going, I absolutely did not.
This book will have you giggling one minute and ugly crying the next, so maybe be careful where you are reading. It is a full emotional roller coaster.
One of my favorite changes from the first book was the shift to dual POV. Getting both Meryn and Stark’s perspectives added so much depth and really enhanced the story for me.
And that ending. I would not call it a cliffhanger but also… what was that?! I am already counting down to Ruin Bound even though July 2027 feels so far away.
