What can I say about the third and final book in the Secrets of Dagome series? From the first book, I was so into this story, and now I just can't believe I've already finished it! Such a bittersweet feeling 🥺
Sana and Rey's story had so many ups and downs, so many twists and turns, and there were so many secrets and hidden truths. The tension was agonizing! And the magic was so twisted and dark... It. Was. Awesome.
I really enjoyed getting to know Rey's family. Even though I haven't read the first trilogy set in this world, it was really well integrated into this book's own plot. And obviously, now I want to read those books!
Again, I found myself laughing a lot at the silly banter and goofy comments. Cin is just hilarious! But there were also a few — or a lot — of tears... This book is really touching, with some goodbyes and closure.
When I think about how this all started and how I felt at the beginning of this journey, I get CHILLS! It's just heartbreaking how many awful moments they had to endure and how many fights they had to overcome to get to the end.
Thanks again, Olena, for letting me be part of this ARC team and sharing this fantastical adventure with me. I'll treasure this story forever! 💐
