This is Book 1 in the Valentine's Midlife Meet Cute Series. Thank you to Ellie Hartwood for allowing me to be a part of this ARC team. Absolutely love the way this unfolds. Griffin, still bitter from his divorce years ago is forced to go to Silver Pines and try to salvaged his recently deceased aunt's flower shop, Oopsie Daisies, per her dying wish. His plan is to close it. Only, he is unaware/not expecting Ruby, the wildly eccentric, unorganized but life-loving woman who runs the store. On top of it all, it is Valentine's and there's a Cotillion planned to happen. There is tons of banter, background characters stand out as they are part of the story of saving Oopsie Daisies. Gotta love time flying and forgetting to handle matters of business, especially when matters of the heart are at stake. Ending is expected as this is a HEA. Was written extremely well!
