Tar City grabbed me from the first chapter and never let go.
Jax is a morally gray biker, bartender, and the only man who can control the dangerous force beneath the city. But the tar also lives inside him, and each full moon makes it harder for him to remain in control.
When Sisk returns, Jax must fight the darkness inside himself to protect the one person he refuses to hurt.
I loved the gritty atmosphere, the obsessive romance, and the paranormal elements. Tar City felt alive, dangerous, and constantly hungry. The chemistry between Jax and Sisk was packed with history, tension, and heat.
This was a dark, addictive romance featuring motorcycles, tattoos, dual POV, ballerina-meets-villain energy, and a fiercely protective morally gray hero.
