Sage and Beaus journey to their HEA is full of forbidden tensions, and bad ideas. Beau was roped into a loveless marriage, and has spent years being the perfect husband in front and behind the cameras. He has never lost control his willpower to stay faithful, even if his wife's faithfulness is very questionable. That is until one day he helps a lady wrangle her belongings that fell out of her purse, a meeting they both can't get out of there heads. A few months later Sage is back in town for a job, when she finds out Beau is her new boss. More sparks fly, and tension and guilt rises as they navigate their feelings and boss/employee responsibility.
I loved the plot, the spicy was really hot. Pretty much everything was written well and flowed, except the walls of text with innerdialog that really felt over explaing everything. Some make like that, but it felt like it was filler to made more pages to me.
I'm still loving Chrimson Ridge, and daydreaming about living there. I can’t wait to read the next one!
