In the middle of spooky season I've read my first Christmas book of the season! A sweet grumpy/sunshine story with fake dating as sprinkles on top. Or tinsels, if you ask Piper! I love how they immidiately give each other nicknames (Tin Man & Tinsel) and that we get dual POV. Since this is a novella it's a bit too much of insta love for my taste and I would have liked to see The Christmas Assist as a full length novel - there's definitely enough material for that!
