What a sweet book in many ways! This no spice fantasy is such a great read. The fantasy world is clear and easy to follow. The magic and fae world are familiar and understandable.
The FMC starts out with an agenda based off what she feels are facts. How often in life do we do this? She learns to listen to her heart and sees for herself what’s real and what isn’t.
The MMC is instantly likable. Throughout the whole book he is amazing! Being a dual POV story, it’s great to see the world and dilemmas through his eyes. His patience and kindness is almost unmatched!
This book is a stand alone, even though it’s part of a multi author series. The author has other books in this world so of you like it then check those out too!
