Several friends told me to read this one and I'm so glad I did! Delphie has lived a boring, lonely life...which has now ended by choking on a microwaveable burger. She's ended up in what appears to be a laundromat with a perky Afterlife Therapist named Merritt. While there, she also meets Jonah and they share a connection...until he's sent back. Now, Delphie has 10 days to find Jonah and get him to kiss her or else she'll be dead forever. The premise seemed a little cheesy at first, but this book was amazing! I loved seeing how Delphie changes over the course of the book and others change as well. This is definitely going to be one of my top books of 2024. I've never read Kirsty Greenwood before, but I will be reading her backlist now!
