This was the perfect summer read for someone who is a fall lover at heart. I now firmly believe Summerween needs to become an annual tradition. πŸŽƒπŸ‰
The story was cute, cozy, and such an easy read. I loved Wren and Dane together, especially watching their individual reasons for needing this summer for themselves slowly intertwine and evolve into such a sweet romance.
The side characters brought so much personality to the town and made the whole story feel lively and full. I also absolutely adored the paranormal side of the story! I honestly didn’t expect Halloween in the middle of summer to work this well, but somehow it completely did. And yes, I am 100% making watermelon jack-o’-lanterns next year. πŸ˜‚
All in all, this was such a cute, quick, feel-good read. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who starts craving crisp leaves and spooky season while everyone else is still sitting by the pool. πŸ‚πŸŽƒ
