So imagine Deadpool meets The Walking Dead! Got your attention right? Throw in some dad jokes, vocalizing the intrusive thoughts, and a character who isn’t afraid to break the fourth wall and call out the author. This MMC literally stabs a zombie in the eye, decides it wasn’t deep enough, and hits us with a “that’s what she said.” I was dying. The narrator gives the audiobook some great energy, which I loved, and he even gets dragged into the chaos of the story as well. My biggest complaint is also my biggest compliment... I didn’t want this story to end. I'll be moving on the next book, but definitely will go back and listen when the audio drops.
