It made no difference to my reading experience, I did immersive reading for the first half and then switched the audio off as I swapped to just reading the second half. I enjoyed both.

The voice actors did a good job but nothing outstanding, I feel it could have been better cast.
I enjoyed the female narrator, but the male was good as a single voice what with his change of emotion and infections, but i could NOT tell Logan and Noah apart so his voices need some work.
It is narrated by Savannah Peachwood and male narrator Jason Clarke. It is done in DUET style.

It has a very easy writing style that is quick to binge. I did feel that the character read really young and made decisions that were in thought through and rash for a 22 year old.
I did like the friend group but wish there was more around them individually so we could get a bit of character growth and some depth going.
There are lots of siblings but they didnโt behave like a normal family would, never mind an elite family attending an elite school.
The creatures were intriguing but again I wanted to know more about them.
The big thing that didn't work for me was the romance. I felt like she made him an evil villain/a bad guy straight away because of thoughts he may be there for nefarious reasons, even though heโd only ever shown the opposite and gave no indications at all that he didnโt like her. Plus they didn't get a lot of on page time together so the chemistry just wasn't there. I liked him giving her his hoody and wanting to look after her but that was it for the relationship really. The moments they were together just felt like it was him referencing things that didn't really make sense to me as the reader, or having sex without any kind of reason/plot.
The ending was very intriguing, though, and I will continue.

It just wasnโt fleshed out enough, it had good bones and the ideas are great there just wasnโt enough of anything to really sink your teeth into.

I managed to finish it but it was rubbish. I won't keep a physical copy and won't recommend it, but it's a shame as the plot could have made a good book in another author's hands

It was OK. I wish I didn't start this one as it didn't do it for me as I struggled to read it. It had an interesting premise that fell flat but I had to see what happened in the end.

I don't regret reading it, and I will read the next one, but this one did have a few flaws. [These could be repetitive writing, gaps or plot holes, better character growth or world building, areas needing more detail]
Generally, the book lacked depth and became confusing. The plot resonated with me even though it annoyed me on the whole.

I'm glad I read it. I enjoyed it and would recommend it to the right people, but I wanted more! Sadly, it's easily forgettable with a few issues I just couldn't overlook/get past.

Good book! I loved it, but... I needed more! I really did enjoy it, but it had a few parts that needed more detail or added history/background or lore. But that's because the story or characters were memorable, and the plot was strong with brilliant twists. I would re-read if I needed to catch up for the next book and would recommend.

This is my God level tier. The book must be perfectly memorable. Even after reading 50+ more books, I will remember character names and emotions along with the plot. If there is a special edition, then I need to own it! If there is a conversation on books- I'm talking about this!
