Book: VAMEER: Bonded Souls Book Two by S.J. Tilly

This book has so much to unpack, from the story to the characters to other things happening. While the first book was very fluffy and sweet and felt good, this one is also that, but maybe less so, a bit more focused on bringing the story forward.
Volik was the introduction. Vameer is the warrior who moves things forward because his enemies decided they couldn’t sleep any longer.
And on that note: I also want to have a nap for 103 years. Just saying.
I loved the relationships between all the characters we already know, how most people want to keep the peace apart from a few nutcases. I also have a small thought about the government guy. If you want an image, he is like Scar, massaging his forehead, saying, “I’m surrounded by idiots,” as he hears his subordinate fucking everything up. He needs a sabbatical.
The relationship between Volik and Vameer is wholesome and fun: they bicker, they banter, and they get dumb and drunk while the poor druid sighs and indulges them.
I can’t wait for the next books in the series! I need Orion and Dread! Plus, I need to know who that new character is!
