This book was so good! It is a retell of the twelve dancing princesses. It had so many great elements to it, fun, intrigue, mystery, suspense, romance, banter, betrayal , friendship, honor, strength - and so much more!
This book is a single POV from the FMC. I adored her grit, strength, tenacity, and ethics. She is a very good character that is easy to fall in love with. So many of the characters in the book are so great and I hope I get to see them in future books!
The pacing of the book was very well done. Nothing was rushed and nothing was so slow that I got bored. I'm not sure if the pace picked up halfway through the book or I was so invested in the story that I couldn't put it down and I read the last half in one sitting.
The world building was easy to follow and fun to learn about the different kingdoms and some of the backstory. I feel the book was very well written and I definitely recommend this book!
