I absolutely fell for Aiden and Cielo’s second-chance love story. Even during the two years they spent apart, it was clear their feelings for each other never really faded. There’s so much love, respect, and admiration between them, and I loved how they continued to stand by each other and offer unwavering support once they found their way back.
Cielo is more than the typical “strong, independent woman who needs no one” stereotype. Beneath that independence is a softer side she only lets Aiden see, and watching her slowly accept that he truly intends to stay in her life was really healing. I appreciated how layered and complex she was allowed to be.
Aiden is such a wonderful hero—tender, steady, and full of warmth. He creates a safe space for Cielo to be vulnerable in a way that feels genuine and earned. His relationship with his family, especially his parents and siblings, added an extra layer of heart to the story. He’s the kind of person who wants to lift up everyone around him.
Heart Strings was another lovely addition to the Love in Galway series , and I’m excited to see which couple finds love next.
