This book was the final in this epic Romantasy Trilogy! The wild ride I've gone on with this series makes my heart happy. Crowns of Fate deliver in more ways than one. It picks right up from where book 2 ends. You dive right into Lana's struggles of leaving Kade behind and her feelings of trying to save her people and her Kingdom! Her best friend, Ian and all of your favorite found family members are right there in the thick of everything! They help to remind her of the need to take back her kingdom and unite her people to wage war on the 2 people holding their lives in the balance.
Kade returns trying to hold back the darkness thrust upon him to be the man she needs him to be. Being close to Lana is the only thing tethering him to goodness and he fears his darkness will overtake him before he can escape it. Lana and their family are determined to save Atheria and try to destroy the darkness overtaking their land and people. The FINAL Battle and the losses occurred put me in an emotional tail spin. I sobbed for a good hour during this reading moment. At one point I wanted to throw my kindle and be sick all at the same time for the event that occurs towards the end during the final battle. Thankfully the authors spared us more grief and gave us the ending we always needed and wanted. I will forever love this series and am truly grateful to be part of their journey in a small way by being part of their team!
I highly recommend this series for all those readers who love an EPIC Romantasy with a hot Shadow Daddy, Fierce FMC, Found Family, Enemies to lovers back to enemies then back to lovers, Epic Battles, marriage trials and so much more! Happy Reading!
