Tanner is the sweetest golden retriever, he remembers all these details about Wren but he keeps his distance because he doesn't feel good enough for her. When she needs a place to live, no thanks to him, he offers her a room with no rent, allowing her to save for her future project. But it's not long until roommates get closer and Wren realises Tanner is not the player she thought he was. The slow burn romance was top notch and the storyline about her brother and family felt very real.
