I listened to the audiobook and that’s the only reason I managed to finish this.
This one just lost me, I was really into this series but this book really dragged on, a lot of slow areas and over explained bits just left me bored.
Seriously the pacing was all over the place, the info dumps were frequent and the over explaining stupid things drove me mad.
I’m really sad because I was desperate to know if and how the curse was cured but I won’t be reading the next one I don’t think. I dunno, I wanted to love it… I just couldn’t. I had to force myself to finish it.
