I started to read this book on Kindle and in 20% I thought that I would love it, so I also bought a paperback copy. Unfortunately, I found out that even though I liked FMC at the beginning of the book I started to be bored later. I am not a fan of Hallmark movies and this book is exactly like that. It is not a bad read it just wasn't my cup of tea.
And I really did not like resolving of the mystery. It took a lot from book.
I like the funny internal monologue of FMC, the autumn vibe, and the lumberjack grumpy MMC but that was probably all. The plot was not there, and spicy scenes were strangely written for me (and I am a lover of spicy books). Like I said not my cup of pumpkin spice coffee.
