He has depression, she has anxiety, and I have both so their struggles hit home. I love that Willow put information about anxiety and depression at the beginning of the book. Madison, Stepsister to Ryder, has wanted his attention and friendship since they first met when they were 7 and 8, but Ryder hates her he wants nothing to do with her. He blames her for how her father treats him. I love how we get peeks of Jax and Lilah, and hints about the next couple. Oh how I loved this book, this SERIES!! Willow knows how to write spicy, dark, and beautiful taboo relationships, and I'm here for them ALL! PS. I about screamed when I found out I was getting an ARC!
