The relationship was so sweet! The MMC always showing up and never being deterred regardless of the FMC never believing she was what he truly wanted? He just kept persevering, with everything he did, proving that he was all in. The groveling and reassurance hit exactly the way I wanted it to, but a hunky hockey player stepping up for a baby that isn’t his was everything I never knew I wanted!
This book was cute, heartfelt, and had just enough emotional conflict to make the payoff worth it. If you like accidental pregnancy, golden retriever MMCs who are obsessed with proving their love, and family drama that makes you want to throw your Kindle across the room, you'll probably eat this up just like I did! <3
