What an original story! I absolutely loved the whole concept! The religious conflict, the battles between the Gods' Sacred and the Acolyte's Darksouls, all the secrets, half-truths, and twisted tales. Ezer never knowing her true identity or her parents' history because of all the lies told by those she trusted, made the story even more enthralling! And her own special magic, the one she had to keep hidden, was such an intriguing touch. I loved it! Then came the Twins! And the Raphon! And the story took a turn onto another distorted path, adding even more mystery and tension..
And the twists at the end! I was expecting one of them, but the other completely blew my mind!
I absolutely recommend this book and I'll be waiting for the sequel ❣️
