arrrr matey! ahoy? i dunno, combine those. arrrhoy matey!!!!
this book is so, so good? it's fun and poignant and steamy and way, way, way, way better than I could have POSSIBLY anticipated. Hawk and Nathaniel are each their own stunning individuals, suited to their times, with the setting feeling like a delightful kind of cocoon.
Did I read this book in one sitting? Yes. Should I have done that? No. Was it worth it? LAND HO BITCHES.
Heh. Land ho.
There were also some really fantastic surprises that kept me guessing, but not in a way that left me stressed out. The ending is far better than I could have hoped for, and while I'm looking forward to reading more of @keiraandrewsauthor 's works, I really need to know why there aren't more MM pirate books out there. Chop, chop, someone.
