okay, so this one was a little bit of a mess.
but like... a really fun mess. and a very HOT mess.
Ian and Miles had me hooked pretty much immediately. Ian is an absolute asshole, Miles is trying to figure himself out, and somehow the whole ridiculous situation just WORKS.
Is it believable? absolutely effing not.
Did I care? Also absolutely not.
I think my favorite part was watching these two figure each other out. There is SO much confusion and questionable decision-making and somehow it all turns into this surprisingly sweet relationship underneath all the chaos.
Was it my favorite in the series? No.
Did I have a great time reading it? Yep.
Alessandra Hazard really does know how to make me overlook an absolutely unhinged plot because two men have chemistry.
