In this quick book, little ones are taught the importance of eating things they love in moderation so they don’t get tummy troubles. Also, trying new foods to see if they like them or not. They’ll never know if they like something if they don’t try it. Another important lesson is in this book as well, being considerate of others with food allergies and making sure that no matter what, they are still included in things. Great colors and illustrations in this book. Perfect for bedtime or naptime reading.
