Book: Hunt the Villain by Rina Kent

I loved this so much.
Vaughn and Yulian were everything I wanted. I loved how different they were, how fierce they both were, and especially the ways they cared for each other while still being completely willing to fight back and push each other.
This is also exactly why enemies-to-lovers is one of my favorite tropes. I actually believe love can move like this. There was already so much passion between them from the beginning, even when that passion was pointed in the wrong direction. Watching that shift from hostility to obsession to love felt completely believable to me.
And I just loved them. Their relationship felt intense without either of them losing what made them interesting individually, and the emotional payoff was exactly what I wanted.
This set a very high bar for me.
I finished this thinking, I need more Rina Kent. This is what books are supposed to be.
