I really loved the narrator, my only feedback is that the chapters were unfortunately suuuuuper short for an audiobook (like 10 minutes each), The narrator was very expressive and easy to listen to. She brought all the characters to life and was well suited to the part of the FMC. She was also easy to follow even when sped up to 1.45
BOOK REVIEW:
I had such a fun time listening to this book! Forewarned is a fast-paced, entertaining, and spicy romantasy. I really enjoyed the characters relationships with each other and I felt an instant attachment to our FMC. I truly appreciated the cast of side characters from best friends to love interests. The brothers were especially fun to listen too, and I can't wait to see where they go through the series.
Astrid & Rave Knew how to talk dirty to each other and still make it sexy, and they have sizzling chemistry and such witty banter. -THE TENSION BETWEEN THEM was perfect. ๐ค๐ป
Their relationship went from zero to ๐ฏ REAL QUICK!
Rave was extremely overprotective, controlling and a possessive (alphahole), so it lent into why Astrid ran at first! He didn't even really let any of his brothers have a real shot with her as he has already decided and claimed her as his, he even got jelly around his own best friend, Soren.
Honestly, they're not really enemies when they met. Astrid just didn't like his reputation. Rave didn't respect Astrid's boundaries so it was a toxic relationship But he didn't even want her discovering who her other parent is.

I managed to finish it but it was rubbish. I won't keep a physical copy and won't recommend it, but it's a shame as the plot could have made a good book in another author's hands

It was OK. I wish I didn't start this one as it didn't do it for me as I struggled to read it. It had an interesting premise that fell flat but I had to see what happened in the end.

I don't regret reading it, and I will read the next one, but this one did have a few flaws. [These could be repetitive writing, gaps or plot holes, better character growth or world building, areas needing more detail]
Generally, the book lacked depth and became confusing. The plot resonated with me even though it annoyed me on the whole.

I'm glad I read it. I enjoyed it and would recommend it to the right people, but I wanted more! Sadly, it's easily forgettable with a few issues I just couldn't overlook/get past.

Good book! I loved it, but... I needed more! I really did enjoy it, but it had a few parts that needed more detail or added history/background or lore. But that's because the story or characters were memorable, and the plot was strong with brilliant twists. I would re-read if I needed to catch up for the next book and would recommend.

This is my God level tier. The book must be perfectly memorable. Even after reading 50+ more books, I will remember character names and emotions along with the plot. If there is a special edition, then I need to own it! If there is a conversation on books- I'm talking about this!
