A heartfelt backstage pass into teen chaos.

Drama, Drama, Drama is exactly what its title promises, a front row seat to the delightful whirlwind of high school theatrics, friendship flubs, backstage crushes and all the messy feelings that come with being just a little too passionate about everything.
Cori Cooper nails the teen character who feels funny, real and occasionally dramatic enough to make you want to hand her a juice box and say, Take a deep breath and breathe. The inner monologue is vibrant and hilarious, the kind that makes you snort laugh and then clutch your chest because there’s the heartfelt moments.
The theater setting is a total treat. The book captures the adrenaline rush, all the insecurities, and the highs of the spotlight and the “please don’t let the set collapse during my line” lows that any drama kid (or drama kid at heart) will recognize immediately. This is a story about figuring out your place, owning your voice, and learning how to be brave in ways that don’t always involve applause.
