Dark romance Valentine’s vibes
4.5/5 ⭐️
Cupid is a Liar is a fast paced standalone novella full of unexpected, slightly unhinged moments and spice. Sweet, lovable Hannah gave up men and dating until Marco came along and made her feel safe enough to take a dip back into the dating scene. They planned for a Valentine’s Day dinner date, except Marco never showed. Hannah decided to make a little trip when she bumps into Damien in the hallway, which she doesn’t know he’s been “slightly” obsessed with her for a while. What happens next? Grab this short read and see, you won’t be disappointed.
There is a list of trigger warnings for this book, so don’t skip over those if you have any triggers.
Lexi Davis does a wonderful job with this book. Even though it’s a short read, it pulls you in and once it’s finished you’ll probably still want more, but it’s actually pretty great with the way it just ends. The spice level is a 2-3/5. If you’re looking for a quick read that’s gives Lights Out vibes, give this book a read.
