The IPB vibe hasn't really been my thing (kidnapped human, alien man she falls in love with). But this one was so unique, written so well, and was more plot than smut that I wholly intend to read the entire series. Going into it, I really thought it would be heavy on the smut, because really when you write a romance book about aliens for a bunch of horny women what else do they want? But Choosing Theo uses smut to further the plot, not hinder it.
