Review: Children of the Wandering House

Book: Children of the Wandering House

Children of the Wandering House is a very unique and interesting story. It sucked me in from page 3. You don’t choose your house, it chooses you. After you’re married, babies just come out of the woodwork… literally. Houses are gods, you probably won’t see your family after you’re married and devoted to your house… it’s strange, yet fully gratifying in a sense. A recommend for middle schoolers who like the sci-fi whimsical books. Lois does a wonderful job with the world building of Oikos. I honestly wish this would have been longer and geared for adults lol. I’m not much of a sci-fi person, but this I would take more of.
