Thank you BookSparks, Andrea Thome, and Must Love Audio for the gifted book and audiobook. All opinions are my own.
Well, I’m ready to move to Sunflower, Montana! 😍
Traveling lawyer, Delilah is in town for a short stint. Ranger is the high school Band Director / recently divorced Dad who is instantly smitten. They form a friendship while both equally attracted to one another and…
Both of these characters felt so real, with their real life struggles, and were so easy to relate to.
Ranger was such a green flag. Devoted father, still best friends with his Ex, a pillar of the community.
Delilah is kind of more “stuck” in her life, with her father’s dementia, always on the move, and not interested in forming any lasting romantic attachments. But how could she resist this man, and this town? 🥰
There were some real emotional bits, especially towards the end, that definitely got me in the my feels, but it was really so sweet in how it all went down.
A perfect cozy read/listen for the fall. 🫶
Audiobook notes: DUET NARRATION! 🙌 Andi Arndt and Sebastian York are both always so good, and I really enjoyed the both of them so much in this one. Great audiobook production. 👍
