As a lover of both historical fiction and fantasy, I thoroughly enjoyed this story. It's difficult to write a reimagining of such a well known tale, but the author did a fantastic job with Ragnell - The Woman Who Was a Beast.
The emotions of the characters could be felt from the pages - they were almost tangible. This really helped to engage with the character and really experience the emotions they were feeling.
Overall, a really good book!
