Book: Prince of Thorns by Hollie Rogers

Ohhh my freaking gods!!! The slow tension was kîlling me! Prince of Thorns was so dark, full of sadness, grief, hidden truths, and betrayals.
I love Hollie's writing style, the whole worldbuilding she has created, and her characters. And in her new book, she did not disappoint! This is the third book in the Of Arrows & Ashes series, and she merged the two previous stories in it, creating something so special and unique. I absolutely loved it!
Rhiain, Nalia, Faye, and Ruid are going to have a pretty difficult journey. Will they accomplish their goals? Not everything is as it seems... And unfortunately, not all of them have the same vision... Which one of them will fall trying?
This story kept me so hooked the entire time, I don't think I breathed until I finished it... And then I couldn't breathe at all! Hollie, you already know why!
Rhiain was being the cruel bïtch we know she can be, leaving ashes EVERYWHERE! I loved her since Queen of Ashes, her transformation and fierceness... she's not the defenseless girl she once was. But I hurt so much for Nalia... She obviously deserved SO MUCH BETTER, and she can't get away from HER, and from her own thoughts, feelings, and grief. All her scenes were devastating, for sure.
I love Ruid, he's the boyfriend we all want: hard lines on the outside but a softie all the way inside. And Faye was just being Faye 😆 And the new characters were so cute and lovable! And I won't say anything else!
I thought this was the final book in the series, so it was a shocking surprise to learn that there's another book coming next. You can imagine the twist and MIND BLOWING cliffhanger we got then 👀 I'm still not over it, and I'll be sobbing for a few more days... Hollie, I'm adding these new tears to your ever-growing count list 🥺
