Book: Sexbot: Part 2 of Volt and Wallace's Duology by Reese Morrison

SEXBOT is the fourth book in The SPARK Files and the second book in Wallace and Volt's duology. As such, you really need to read Rich Kid, even if you don't read the others. But why wouldn't you? These books are seriously so good!
I've read all four now, and I still haven't had my fill of this world. In the first two books, Wallace isn't the best character, but I was interested to see where his story would take me. I'm so glad I read these two, because their story is outstanding... heartbreaking... hopeful... funny... and nail-biting. Their 'real' family is a bag of d!cks in every way, and I was so happy when they found their family, even if the circumstances had me worried.
This book doesn't just give you a HEA, it makes them work for it in a completely natural and understandable way. There is a big difference between the two of them, and I'm not talking about one being a sexbot. So it made sense for them to have an imbalance, to be worried/concerned about where the future would take them, and if there was even a place for them to be together. Plus, it made the s3xy times so much more. It was full of real emotion, so much so that Volt blacked out on more than one occasion, which did make me chuckle. We also catch up with not only Ben and Oliver, but also Evan and Quincy, which was fantastic.
I'm delighted to say this world hasn't done with me yet, as there are many unanswered questions left, and it is left with a sort of cliffhanger with Angel. That just means I'll have to return to this world. Oh dear, damn shame, and all that. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me, but please at least read Rich Kid first.
