I really enjoyed As Many Souls As Stars, so I was looking forward to reading Natasha's next book. Unfortunately this one didn't hit the mark for me.
While the concept was interesting, the execution was too whimsical for me and left me with more questions than answers. Most importantly I didn't feel any connection with the main characters or their romance, which felt one dimensional.
I have marked it up slightly for the plot twist, which was unexpected, but sadly this one wasn't for me.
