This book from the Lovers of the Gods series is about Oli, a Thrall from Midgard. He is a slave and is unhappy with his life. Loki ends up meeting him and gives him a quest to fulfill for his freedom. He meets Norse gods and helps them fix up their views for the new world.
Oli was a great character. He was strong-willed and a worthy person for this quest. He didn't let his past break his spirit. The Lovers of Gods series is so creative. I like that they are spicy but also have an underlying message.
As always, Amanda goes over the triggers before so you can choose to keep on reading or not.
