How dare you, Maria.
I am sobbing right now. All the revelations at the end HURT.
And unless I'm remembering something incorrectly..... isn't Jarek DYING right now and you decided to throw me off of a cliff like that!? I thought the ruined swords killed Diseased souls !?
I try so hard not to spoil the book in my reviews but I am incapable right now. My heart hurts and I need to know when this crack will be healed by the second book. Also, if it will crack wider until a third book can heal it. I need to prepare myself now and find a happy-go-lucky HEA to read after I've stewed in the feelings and have let them marinate.
To my point: this book is worthy of being one of my God Tier reads. I will be buying a shelf trophy and shoving it in people's faces in random places. READ IT.
