Book: Mystic Sacrifice Journey to Elvaturia by Jordan Schliebe

It's a YA leveled Isekai adventure where the main character (Selene) and friends accidentally transport to an elvish world with a limited mana-based magic system as they attempt to locate Selene's missing father. In their journey, they are joined by Zee, an elvish prince who is also looking for his missing father and suspects faul play from among his family.
The scene transitions and dialogue are a little clunky, but overall a great story that ends with a great cliff-hanger. I'm excited to see where the next book leads.
Through out the story, you see the characters gain confidence and their main character flaws slightly improve as they fight for survival and learn to trust each other. (Though I'm still not a fan of Jordan😒)
The author did a great job of world building with detailed descriptions of the characters' surroundings and the creatures. Giving backstory details through journal entries was a pretty clever plot point.
Overall, I rate this a 4/5⭐.
