A Fate so Dark and Delicate was an emotionally brutal read. I wanted to read it as fast as possible because I wanted answers, but I also wanted to read it as slowly as possible because I was not ready for it to end. I knew Sophia would wreck me emotionally, and I was not wrong. I almost chucked my kindle across the room a couple times, and I absolutely bawled my eyes out during that scene. I felt all the feels throughout this book.
There was so much left to wrap up in this last installment of the Compelling Fates Saga that I was afraid that the story would feel rushed or shallow. Thankfully, that was not the case. HOWEVER, not all the story lines are wrapped up in this series. There are 4 more series in this world that will continue certain story lines, so we will be seeing several of these characters again in the other series. While I am happy to know we will see these characters again, it is aggravating to know that it will be ages before we have some story lines wrapped up because of the multiple book series needed to finish them. I hope it does not become too overwhelming to follow along.
