This book took me back to my Highlander romance days, although this one takes place in Ireland it was so similar at its core - magic, castles, land of beauty, a cursed MMC and a fiery romance that will have you fanning your face at the chemistry.
Maggie and Kellen were such a fun pair! I found Maggie so relatable and enjoyable as a FMC, and I loved watching her slowly grow into herself throughout the book and her relationship with Kellen. I knew right away that I would like Kellen as an MMC and he proved me totally right. Their banter had me giggling and their chemistry was 🔥 when they finally let their walls down.
The plot was exciting and engaging, I was guessing quite a few times what would happen and I was proven wrong. Books like this always reignite my desire to travel to that part of the world, and I can’t wait to future books by this author!
